Business Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by advising customers, securing orders, and building lasting relationships. You’ll leverage your technical knowledge of mobile phones and accessories to meet customer needs while ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with existing and potential customers to discuss their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Provide advice on the capabilities and limitations of mobile phones, accessories, and services.
• Prepare and present quotes, including prices, credit details, delivery dates, and payment terms.
• Coordinate delivery and installation processes when applicable.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mobile phones and accessories, suggesting improvements where relevant.
• Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, handle customer complaints professionally, and provide solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or mobile phone sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Technical knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and their features is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
